Hip-Hop Or Rap?

i agree with you and i like your description a lot. calling someone a rapper seems like a limited definition.

rap is what they do! rappers is what they are. nothing wrong with rap.

people should be themselves. but what that means isnt all that clear nowadays. lots of people from cross cultural homes etc. all culture spreads. anything good gets imitated by others. thats just the way it is.

I vote for Hip Hop. I think its just a more modern phrase.
