i know this is gonna piss people off but tupac was not actually that great. his lyrics were OK, biggys flow lyrics were much better its just pac had some sick beats. i aint denyin pac is a legend in his own right and he spat some meaningful shit, but as an mc, eminem would wipe the floor with pac full stop.
2pac didn't spit his best rhymes on his records, he saved those for just fun times and freestyle. his records were used to spread his message, not his abilities.

on those tracks they all made each other better shit, theres no point even comparing most people across eras. times change and the style aint even really the same anymore.
