Even though it wasn't really a dis record I would say Biggie's "Kick in the Door". Also big fan of Nas "Ether", Eminem "Nail in the Coffin", Canibus "2nd Round K.O., any of the Ja-Rules disses (especially Shit hits the Fan and Back Down) and I can't remember the name of the track but it was the first Tupac dis to Biggie .
