I use cubase to edit...remix music

From what I can gather, Fruityloops is a "Music Generator" that can be manipulated to produce an "origional" sample. What you need is a drum machine. I've got one on my PC called....Umm....I know this one....Can't remember cos I'm @ work & I got a few of em. I'll check it out tonight & let you know. The program I'm takin about will produce all types of beats, basslines & other samples. Hard to learn, but easy to use once you know what yer doin. Gimme a day or so & I'll post the name of it here. It's actually a replica of a very powerful drum machine that was used in the early 90's.
